A 148-item personality profile that measures your Big Five dimensions, translates them into a DISC behavioral style, and layers in a 7-dimension values inventory. Takes about 20–25 minutes.
What to expect
- 148 statements — rate how well each describes you on a 5-point scale.
- Answer honestly. There are no right answers; your gut reaction is usually the most accurate.
- One sitting works best. You can stop and resume, but finishing in one go gives cleaner results.
- Development tool. Results are used for coaching and self-awareness, not hiring decisions.
